3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address and verify your identity via a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are required to generate scripts, audio, and videos on Wishverse. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may expire as outlined in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or unlawful
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Generate content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the personal content you provide (such as names, messages, and highlights). Wishverse retains all rights to the platform, AI models, avatars, and voices. Videos generated using the Service may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Videos, scripts, and audio are generated by AI and may not always reflect perfect accuracy. Wishverse does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately and any unused credits will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
